It took me a lot of research to find a teacher training that resonated with my desire to learn more. My journey took me to Western North Carolina where I began training in the beautiful town of Black Mountain at Black Mountain Yoga. There I learned the anatomy of yoga and how poses help to heal and transform the human body.

As life’s journey continues, I am now living in the beautiful South Carolina low country! Come see me and explore the rising and setting sun over the marshes! My 2019 schedule will be available soon!

I found a SUP Yoga class, bought a board and began training with the American Canoe Association to become an instructor. Now, I can watch as people take their first step onto a board, paddle and experience the connection of nature and balance. It’s amazing. Come join me in your own journey. Liquid yoga…
